A Special Menu based on the best products controlled designation of origin guaranteed. Specified regions of Greece using defined methods and that satisfy a defined quality standard. A Menu brimming with the region's finest - and freshest – ingredients.

The “Doc” Menu..

  • Variety of Olives, from the Islands of Kalamata, Mitileni and Rhodes.
  • Trilogy of Tzatziki Mouse – Smoked Aubergine Salad - White Roe from Messolonghi (Produced In Western Greece) with Home Made Bread and Crisp Pita Bread.
  • Greek Salad with best end of locally organic produced Vegetables, Rhodian Barley Rusks and Feta cheese from the Island of Mitilini.
  • Salad with locally Rhodian produced Rocket, Fresh Spinach and Fresh Herbs with Apaki Crete (Apaki-Smoked Ham produced in Crete) and Cherry Tomatoes from Santorini.
  • Greek Doughnuts with Graviera Cretian Cheese and best end of Organic Tomato Jam.
  • Leek Pie with Homemade Filo Pastry from the Continent.
  • Octopus Salad from Kalymnos Island marinated in Refined Vinegar produced in Paros Island.
  • Small Shrimps from Symi Island and Calamari.
  • Sardines from Kalymnos Island, wrapped in Tender Vine Leaves from the Village of Embona with Aromatic Lemon Dip.
  • Rhodian Pitaroudia (fried pies) made with Zucchini and Yogurt Sauce.
  • Dolmades Tender Grape Leaves (stuffed with a delicious herb-y rice & meat mix) from the Village of Embona, served with a Crème of Lemon Sauce.
  • Sausages Spetsofai (Spicy Greek sausages with Peppers and Tomato Sauce) from Metsovo finished with Red Wine Katogi Averof.
  • Kritharoto (Greek Pasta) with free Range Chicken and Saffron.
  • Pork Fried in Wine from Embona Village and Hard Cheese from Archangelos Village.
  • Veal and Eggplant cooked with Fresh Tomatoes from Locally produced Organic Farms.
  • Roll of Lamb stuffed with Feta Cheese from Epirus (Production from Southern Eastern Greece) and Garlic with Potatoes and Oregano by Atavyros

  • Ekmek Kataifi served in Shot Glass (Layers of kataifi dough baked until crispy and golden, bathed in lemon scented syrup, topped with creamy thick custard and whipped cream)
  • Orange Pie with Caramelized Syrup
  • Plum Pouch with plum
  • Saragli with Pistachios (Layers of pastry baked until crispy Golden bathed in scented syrup with Pistachio filling)
  • Mastic Ice Cream (Mastic a resin gathered from the mastic tree)

An introduction to some of our Doc Products……

Graviera of Crete - Is traditional Greek cheese with Controlled Denomination of Origin (DOC) which is exclusively manufactured in Crete from ewe's milk or mixtures with small quantities of goat's milk. It is ripened for at least for 5 months. Graviera of Crete is a high quality hard cheese of propionic fermentation with a slightly sweet taste and very pleasant organoleptic properties. It is consumed as table cheese. Graviera of Crete must contain moisture up to 38%, fat in dry matter at least 40% and salt not more than 2%.

Olives from Kalamata - “Stories of Greek Origins” Kalamata Olives from Messinian land, are olives with rich flavor and flesh and smooth, velvety texture of unsurpassed quality. They consist an invaluable and eclectic food proposition and have a distinctive taste and appearance, with oval shape, dark purple color, big size, intense flavor and fleshy texture.

Avgotaraho - White fish Roe from Messolonghi - In Greece, avgotaraho (αυγοτάραχο) or bottarga has been considered a delicacy since the era of the Pharaohs and it was an important element in the Ancient Greek diet.  Avgotaracho is produced primarily from the grey flathead mullet caught in Greek lagoons and in the Ionian Sea. The whole mature ovaries are removed from the fish, washed with water, salted with natural sea salt, dried under the sun, and sealed in melted bees’ wax.
Avgotaracho Messolonghiou, made from fish caught in the Messolonghi-Etoliko Lagoons is a European and Greek protected designation of origin, one of the few seafood products with a PDO.
