Alas, meaning ‘salt’ in Greek, invites you to the rituals of meze dining intending to add an elegant twist to the flavorful spirit of Greek gastronomy, offering beautiful views of the “Mediterraneo Village”, the sea and the blue sky with its pink hues when sunset.

Designed upon the concept of a Greek ‘ouzeri’, a Rhodian bistro serving ouzo and meze, an elegant tale of sea-and-farm-to-table products unfolds bite by bite and sip by sip.
