COVID-19 Training: All employees receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols. Education is provided to guests also, emphasizing their responsibility in preventing transmission to employees and/or other guests. All members of our team have received training for their health monitoring and the hotel is following a comprehensive medical screening procedure.
Enhanced Sanitization Procedures: Regular sanitizing is performed using disinfectants that meet requirements for effectiveness against the virus causing COVID-19. All rooms and suites have been disinfected prior to your check-in.
Limitation of Physical Contact: As appropriate to the situation, touchless solutions are used wherever possible. Key cards are disinfected and given to the guests in an envelope and during check-out, guests place their key card in a special box to be disinfected. Contactless payments and sending of invoices are recommended. Room Service menu is available through a QR code provided in a visible position in the room and when in one of our outlets, guests can check our restaurants and bars’ menus through a QR code placed on each table.
Physical Distancing: Spaces have been reconfigured and appropriate signage is used in common areas, restaurants, bars and swimming pools, to make sure that employees and guests keep the recommended physical distances. The number of guests using the elevator is controlled. Tables and chairs in all areas and restaurants are arranged to comply with the latest guidelines and regulations. Reservation lists will only allow a permitted number of guests per time slot in restaurants and bars.
Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizer dispensers are placed in all private and public areas throughout the property.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All employees and guests are asked to use the personal protective equipment that is required by public health authorities. Guests will be informed of this requirement prior to arrival. For our guests’ convenience, we provide a daily adequate number of single-use surgical masks in the room.
Management of Known or Suspected COVID-19: Only guests of the hotel are allowed on our premises. We conduct temperature screenings of guests and staff. Employees who are symptomatic are sent to the nearest medical facility that provides medical testing and self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days. Guests who are unwell are referred for evaluation and testing and quarantine in their hotel room. A checklist of actions is followed to prevent the spread of the virus.
